• Smoking is prohibited inside the house.

Additional Guidelines:

• Dispose of all trash in the designated dumpster by the entrance, to avoid attracting wildlife.
• Adhere to the locked rooms policy.
• Ensure any outdoor fires are completely extinguished.
• Follow a strict 5mph speed limit on Crows Nest Rd.
• Management must approve events or gatherings exceeding 14 guests.

• Be aware of unprotected heights and potential wildlife encounters.
• Property is in proximity to a lake, river, or other bodies of water.

Safety Devices Installed:

• Two exterior security cameras monitor the front entrance, driveway, and garden.
• Carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are installed for added safety.

Please review these details to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit.

 Check-In/Out Details:

• Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards.
• Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• A keypad allows for self check-in convenience.

 Before Departure:

• Remove all trash.
• Ensure all used appliances, including fireplaces, are turned off.
